From EyeSight® Driver Assist Technology to X-MODE®, there's so much capability your Subaru can give you, and you'll want to take advantage of it all.

That's why we created Love-Encore, a complimentary follow-up delivery experience designed exclusively for new Subaru owners[1]. About two weeks after you purchase your vehicle, you'll return to your retailer for a personalized session with a Love-Encore Delivery Specialist. Your specialist will help you explore your new vehicle's advanced systems and tailor its settings to your needs.

We want your purchase to spark a love that will last for years of adventure, and Love-Encore can help you value your new Subaru more with every mile.

How It Works

After you take ownership of your new Subaru, your Subaru Love-Encore Delivery Specialist will schedule a complimentary appointment at your retailer within 14-45 days. At this one-on-one appointment, you'll get answers to all your questions, learn about helpful features, and discover even more to love about your Subaru.

The Subaru Star Delivery Specialist, Your Vehicle Technology Expert.

Once you take ownership of your new Subaru, your Subaru Star Delivery Specialist will schedule a return to the retailer for a Love-Encore visit. This should take place within 14 to 60 days from your original delivery date. This is your opportunity to ask questions about your vehicle's features and functions. With the help of the Star Delivery Specialist, you will be confident understanding how your vehicle's technology enhances your driving experience.

Your specialist will explain and demonstrate how to use the systems seen on the right, plus many more, and set them up to work best for you. You will also learn about MySubaru connected services and how to enroll. Please note this process may take about 30 to 60 minutes. The Star Delivery Specialist is your go-to contact for all of your technology questions before, during, and after taking ownership.

The multi-function display in your Subaru delivers important information about your vehicle's different systems, mileage, outside temperature, and more.

Subaru EyeSight Driver Assist Technology[2] acts like an extra set of eyes on the road and if need be, an extra foot on the brake. EyeSight features a number of advanced active safety systems, which can include Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist and Sway Warning, and Pre-Collision Braking and Throttle Management.

The power rear gate's opening height can be adjusted when overhead space is limited. The setting is stored for future use.

X-MODE adds even more capability to Subaru Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive with driver-activated traction settings to take on slippery surfaces, steep hills, and off-road terrain. Available dual-function X-MODE provides an extra level of control with settings for snow, dirt, deep snow, and mud.

Every new Subaru vehicle features a Subaru Multimedia System with standard Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration[3], which lets you view and control your navigation, music, podcasts, and other content and apps. They also feature multiple-speaker audio systems that deliver clear, powerful sound.

The available Subaru Multimedia System with Navigation features an intuitive interface and high-resolution touchscreen for entering addresses, displaying traffic, and finding points of interest.

MySubaru Connected Services[4] helps keep drivers and their Subaru vehicles safe and connected. Its services range from connecting drivers to emergency responders to helpful convenience features and can be accessed from computers, mobile devices, and select Subaru vehicles.
SubaruConnect lets Subaru EV owners access services for extra convenience, support, and safety on every trip[5]. Features such as Automatic Collision Notification and Enhanced Roadside Assistance keep drivers connected to help when needed. Extensive remote services let owners start their Subaru EV and monitor the health of its systems.
